Tongue Tongue Tongue

Well, I just took my first broccoli sprout pill about 5 hours ago. I want to announce that the pain in my muscles is diminishing and I have more energy!

I have been feeling fatigued again...so my doc saw the Johns Hopkins research on sulfophane and lyme. He recommended this.

It's already working.

I guess it's like eating several pounds of broccoli a day. What a wonderful antioxidant.

Love ya guys!

Hi Adwoman!

It's like eating 2# of broccoli sprouts a day...I started Monday on mine & I'm herxing with it, so I'm guessing it's working.

A side note too--I started taking the Artemisinin also. That may be causing the herx.

OK an indelicate question. Does it cause gas like broccoli and sprouts?

What a question, little girl!

You bet it does!

It doesn't last long though. It's not like having tummy turmoil all day

Check the research on this stuff. You will be glad you did. The weather has just been kicking my fanny (like you guys don't know about that one!) and I was just sooo sore. Well, this helped in about l/2 hour. I am truly impressed

Ok...here's the deal. It was my second morning on this stuff and I just had an "episode". But after that I did feel a lot better and the pain is still leaving my muscles.
