MDJunction to me

"All I can say is that this has been the best place ever. It has been six to seven months since I joined, and I have learned so much. I now believe in myself and accept myself on a completely different level. The people on MDJunction has been so supportive and accepting that I have been able to adopt it into my personal life. That has reduced a lot of stress in my life. Thanks to all." (bunnyfly)

Garrett:

Found the email...She agreed with you on all aspects. I'm going for the Reiki every week, I just can't explain how I feel since it.

Garret,

It is good to have you with the group.

I would like to say Garret and Sarah are just wonderful, kind, and sincere people. They delivered a far infrared sauna at 9:00 am this last sunday morning. Because of my pick line and lyme flare up there was no way I could help carry the load into our home. They are just lovely people.

Thank you. I'll call you tomorrow regarding your email. I too like the name

Kim

Kim, my friend, it is great to be here in this group! And thank you for your kind words!

For the group, I have nothing but good things to say about Kim! If you get to meet this guy in person, you'll like him, too!!!

As for Reiki, Clayton72, it is ancient form of using spiritual/mental intention coupled with hands-on placement on the different energy centers (chakras) of the body. I've seen it have some pretty profound results for people, both physically and mentally. Great stuff. Again, finding the practitioner you feel comfortable with is very important. In my opinion, it is important that your practitioner be in good health mentally/physically.

If a practitioner isn't taking good care of themselves, their ability to benefit is limited. And if you are paying for a service, you want to get the most bang for your buck.

Just some thoughts. Reiki is worth a try. There are also some practitioners who use "off the body" energy work, as well, called external qi (chi) gong. Great stuff. I practice that, as well, and learned it after studying traditional Chinese medicine and tui na (chinese medical massage).

And for what it's worth, I am completely happy to help in any way that I might to answer questions regarding massage, nutrition, Far-infrared sauna info, etc. Please keep us posted on any experiences you have relating to any of these things!

While I don't have Lyme's, I've had many clients that do. I also have a dog that is quite sick because of Lyme's. He has taken a turn these last few days and I am having to consider putting him down. Too bad. He's been my backpacking companion for many years. We've put many miles on together.

Be well everybody!

Garret

Garret:

First I'm so sorry about your dog. I had to do that once and my god it almost killed me. We have two dog's at the moment and it will break me apart when the times comes. My prayers are with you...

Yes, the Reiki was outstanding, I left there and was crying my eyes out ( but in a great way)...I go again next week. I was telling Linda (the lady that did this) about my honeymoon to mexico and that I'm so worried that I can't go AGAIN (Was cancel right after the wedding due to me just getting lyme) and she told me to come 2 days before we leave and she will help me get through it. She was great. I never knew this but my sister went to school for this and has been doing it for years.

Again, thanks for the information on all this.
