 Does anyone ever broadcast with their rife machine?

That means just have it running without holding it their hands or putting it on their feet?

 I've heard that you can turn the frequency up enough to reach you from a few feet away so you don't have to hold it - but I'm not sure about that.

I use a different sytem called iHealth. Electrodes are put on my wrists and the frequencies are entered into a computer program (thru your lap top). Seems to be working well for me -
