Anyone have this? My left one has been bothering me for a week now and seems to be getting worse. I know I haven't done anything to pull or injure it so it has to be the meds or lyme or something. My pain patches don't even phase it when I walk. Only thing that helps is a tight ace bandage.
Currently battling:
Hashimoto's Thyroiditis
Lyme Disease
Adrenal Issues

yes, big time! and yes, worse on left and yes, i too have thyroiditis!

UGH!

hang in there...i exercise every day for an hour to try to help this disease...all i know is for me...exercise in really good because before this i was a really strong distance runner...and it brings me a sense of peace and returns my mind to my old life...i don't run everyday anymore but, i cardio, strength and yoga train..

if you don't already...try some yoga or pilates classes for muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and nerve relief.

prayers for you, christine
