Both my children and I are on Theralac. It is a Probiotic with 20,000 CFUs per capsule. So 20,000 good bacteria going in. My girls just started it this week, but I have been on it for a few months. I haven't had any problems with it. I also do Detoxamin Suppositories every other day. They have helped with stomach bloating feelings and probably some with the Candida in there also. The doctor said the Detoxamin would clean out all the heave metals and clean the intestine walls. He said the Theralac bacteria will attach to the instestine walls for better absorption of medications. I'm not sure if that helps you but I hope it does... Sheila I am not a medical doctor, so please contact your doctor before adding any new medications or stopping any of your medications.
