Greetings.

I know many of you will be surprised to hear from me after a long time, but I wanted to put out a notice and call for support.

We have brought Under Our Skin to The Senator Theatre here in Baltimore, Maryland from July 10th thru July 16th. I will be at the Friday July 10th and Saturday July 11th 7:45p shows, as well as the Sunday July 12th 3:15p show. I will be introducing the film at those shows and passing some information on afterward.

We had originally scheduled a Q&A session after the Saturday evening show, but with the limited number of LLMDs available in the area, and it being vacation time, it seems none were available to help us out.

In lieu of the Q&A, we are holding a Lyme Awareness Rally at 2:00p, Saturday July 11th, in front of The Senator Theatre. The event will be held rain or shine. If it rains, or if it is too hot, we will move indoors to the theatre.

I hope all our Maryland area members will be able to make it to the rally, and at least one of the showings of the movie. And please do your best to pass the word on and have a friend take in a show as well.

I must say the folks at Open Eye Pictures have been a pleasure to deal with, and I have really enjoyed working with them, Shadow Distribution and The Senator Theatre to bring this wonderful movie to the Baltimore area for the first time.

We have lobbied hard to get all the medical students at Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Maryland over to see this film. Educating the next generation of doctors on the all-to-real horrors of this disease is very important to all of us.

Thanks.

Tom
