I've researched and researched and can find yes and no answers, nothing definite.

Can you Botox your wrinkled ass forehead when you have Lyme?

*Wonder if I rubbed burbur on my forehead if it would work...hahahahaha*

I've been feeling so much better that it almost scares me! I'm afraid to say it, does that make sense? we have been going everywhere with the kids, I have had my hair done, a facial, bought some flowers to take care of, yes!!! I am actually going outside again..amazing

Wanted to edit to add that I don't want to offend anyone by this, it's just that I haven't felt so good in so long that I am starting to want to do things for me again.

I am so happy for you! It's obviously long overdue for you to feel good and be taking care of yourself like you deserve. I had a good day yesterday...like I have hadn't in years! I felt rested, had energy, did things with normal amounts of effort...it was awesome...then 4:00 came and I got hit with shakes, fever, pain, sweats...the usual! lol I said to my husband last night, the best part about that little glimpse of feeling good was all thoughts that went through my head about what I wanted to do for myself...things to de-stress, re-beautify....all the extras that most people do all the time and I am too exhausted or sick to even think about. I have no idea about the botox and your "wrinkled ass forehead" lol but I am so glad you are feeling better! Gives me hope!!!

Thank you.

Hi Shelly,

Congrats and I'm glad you are feeling better. I am looking forward to that day. I miss my flowers!! Since I moved to where I am 3 yrs. ago, I haven't planted a flower garden because I just haven't felt like it.

I do have a few ummm inside plants to take care of from several funerals and my last surgery. It is hard enough to keep them alive these days. Sometimes my kids have to water them for me. Sad

Someday I will have a beautiful flower garden again!!! Hope this feeling keeps going for you!!

Sheila

Shelly,

So glad you are feeling better - its great to hear...

Not sure if you can botox - but I know my mother was able to do something...forget what the technique was - but she was so happy...

Unfortunately, Babs reared its ugly head and brought her back down - but she was still satisfied with looking better...

I will ask her the next time I talk to her - which should be soon...and let you know what she did...

Again - so glad to hear that you are feeling good! You deserve it...as do we all...

Christine

A friend of mine doesn't have lyme, but she has had neurological problems in the past and she said Botox brought out horrible neuro symptoms when she did it. She is also a physician.

So glad to hear someone else here is feeling GOOD! That's great!! Smile
