MDJunction to me

saralaurie"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

Hello, I am curious to know what type of symptoms you may be experiencing presently and also would like to know which symptoms have subsided from your chosen path to recovery-[a natural regimen, or traditional medical care] [geez hope I'm typing ok! having 'brain fog' lol]

Was also curious as to how many remissions you've been through, and how long was your longest remission? Also are there any clues as to what you were and/or weren't doing to make those remissions longer?

I guess this is kind of a survey.

Thank you to anyone who posts Smile

I greatly appreciate it!

I'm an Advocate

For me...for the most part my symptoms have settled on neurological...neuropathy of the spine...also have DJD of the spine...but have been having issues with major fatigue and some brain issues...general aches and pains...

Remission...close but no cigar...not in the 17 yrs that I have known and been battling this...

Best things I have done that have brought me close...whole food supplement, diet changes (gf, etc you all know my speech)...caring for the body first and then treating the disease...

So far, natural treatment has been a pretty good fit - but with getting sick with this virus that I just got over...and having no choice but to go through a steroid treatment...I am going to go on abx for a time...to try and get back to where I was before all of this...

With naturals I have progressed really well...but as is common with us, something comes along and disrupts things...I could certainly be worse then I am...and I can feel that something isnt right now...So I plan to fight back hard...and abx - as I have always said - has its place in treating this disease...

The steroids just gave the buggers an advantage...well I am going to give my body one with the abx...continue the natural treatment too.

Everybody come take my hand
We'll walk this road together, through the storm
Whatever weather, cold or warm
Just let you know that, you're not alone
Holla if you feel that you've been down the same road...
And I just can't keep living this way
So starting today, I'm breaking out of this cage
I'm standing up, Imma face my demons
I'm manning up, Imma hold my ground
I've had enough, now I'm so fed up
Time to put my life back together right now" Eminem Not Afraid
