To be honest, I am not sure that I am. I took it today, and my allergies flared like something fierce. I haven't had any difficulties with my allergies since I have been fighting the Lyme. I have had to take allergy injections, antihistamines and nasal sprays in the past. Now, I only occasionally have to use the nasal spray. It's a bit hard to describe, but that is how crazy my immune system is these days. My doctor ordered for to do food allergy testing, but I just haven't had the money for it. I am sure I am allergic to many things. I almost dread to find out. Sorry to ramble, but with my prior history of being allergic to everything, and an unknown of the allergies that I have to foods, I can only expect to possibly be allergic to this supplement.
