for good and for bad our amazing bodies are so interconnected in form and function!! so I guess thats why its never ending. The environment some are polluting, the food supplies tainted, our thoughts and emotions triggering chemicals...we are all parts of the giant living organism we call Earth!

I try to not be overwhelmed by it but even I get so theres times I step back and take a breather. A LOT of info and a LOT of connections that both confuse and amaze.

And the realization that its better to have the information and then decide what parts are pertinent for each of us than having no information and waking up months or years later saying " gee I wish Id known that" or even " gee I wish someone wouldve told me that"

When I first got diagnosed I had a lump on my pancreas that you could feel through the skin and the doctors believed that it was a sac of spirochetes that had grown on the outside of the organ. It was pretty gross. Luckily it went away. Just a note about pancreas'.

if you see this diagram you can see that there are a LOT of lymph nodes at the only spot where you may be able to feel the pancreas---most of it lies behind the stomach!!And even the head may be behind the transverse colon.( look at the 3rd link for organ placement)

( to give you an idea of where the bottom rib line is --

Im guessing what you/Drs felt was lymph nodes--if they truly felt it was a sac of spirochetes Im surprised they didnt biopsy as that would mean an abcess and pretty dangerous!

It also explains why it went away!!

The only area

on abdomen you may be able to feel the pancreas would be above navel just to the right of center--the same place one often feels a duodenal ulcer as thats where the duodenum curves.

and the reason many have pain in the back often mistaken for kidney pain is because it is behind so much of the organs.
