Just felt like I needed to send out positive energy and positive thoughts to all my lyme friends here today. Can everyone do me a favor... you can either post it, or just write it down at home, but think of 5 things you are grateful for. It's a great way to start the day. Our minds have a lot to do with fighting this disease and sometimes it's so hard to stay positive. I'll start: 1. I am so grateful for my children, to see their faces light up when they run to give me a hug 2. I am grateful that I have a roof over my head, basic yes, but some people don't even have that 3. I'm grateful the sun is shining here today, it looks so welcoming even though it's cold 4. I'm grateful that my husband has a job in this lousy economy and is able to support the 4 of us, yes it's tight, but at least I don't have to work on top of all of this 5. I'm grateful for this site and others like it, I'm grateful I am a group leader and have been givin the opportunity to help so many people, and have so many people help me. Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.
