Yesterday was my first day of taking Bryron White Formula A-Bart. The directions were to put 1 drop into 1 cup of water. The first day you were to drink 1/3 cup. Second day to drink remaining 2/3 c.

The directions state to keep increasing it by 1 drop a day. A strong herx response means you must decrease the dose.

So, yesterday I did the 1/3 c. and this morning I'm having what must be a herx. I feel so lousy I can't believe it. I have such pain and inflammation I don't know what to do. Can 1/3 c. really react that much?

It does say that a strong herx means you must decrease the dose. Being that this is only my second day I'm unsure of what dosage to use. I hate the thought of doing the remaining 2/3 c. with already experiencing a strong herx. So I'm pondering do I not do any today and take 2/3 c. tomorrow? It does state not to increase dosage until herx settles.

Anyone ever take this and have similar experience?

Here is a post that is 37 pages and growing. It is people here who are giving BWF's guidance. You may find your answer, or ask it here.

Julie,

MY son herxed badly on BWF AL. I'd suggest taking it every other day, like you mentioned. And tomorrow you could take 1/3 of the drop instead of 2/3.

I'm no doc, but IMHO, if you still herx, you can dilute the one drop even more. Like take 1/4 or 1/5 of a drop every day or every other day.

And detox, detox, detox

I am not in the medical field and anything I say is simply my opinion and should not replace the advice of your doctor.

I'm on A bab right now but was on a bart a while back. I would just skip the second dose and focus on detox and rest. Drink plenty of lemon water. Take your detox baths. Brush the skin. Whatever methods you use to help with detox.

When you feel better again drink only 1/3 of the drop and see how you react. Don't go up to 2/3 until you don't experience a herx reaction from the 1/3.

The magic number with BWF for me seems to be 3. I can up my dosage every 3 days. Took me a while to figure that out!

Feels like everyday I'm alone. Not because I don't have any friends around me at the time, just because no one understands what I really feel like everyday.

I pretend to be happy so I don't have to explain myself to people who'll never understand.
