MDJunction to me

carmen33"When I first came to MDJ, I was in a very dark place, and feeling quite alone, I don't know how I found this site, but I have been very grateful ever since, all of you have offered insight to the illness of Bipolar and the other things going on with me, being here has allowed me to find friends, and to feel safe in discussing things that I would never have shared before.

I believe it has also offered me the chance to reach out and help others. A simple Thank you, is all that I have to offer, to this site and to the wonderful people here.

yes!! and i think the horrible sleep or lack of sleep does not help anything... i'm treating for parasites right now, and they apparently can really affect the mood, too.

it's hard to remember that when you're in the midst of it...that it's not YOU. hang in there!

I'm on that train too, buddy. My emotions are all over the place.

I'm embarassed by them but the problem is, I usually don't realize I'm in the downward spiral until the damage is done and I've said things or acted inappopriately and offended somebody.

I'm on 5-HTP and SAMe for Depression / Anxiety but when the herxes and mood swings come around, I may as well be taking skittles.

Let your frustrations out on here, WE understand. We can handle your mood swings, if you can handle ours! Smile

We're a team - bring it on!
