It's horrible! My sister lived in CO for 10 years. I almost moved there because it is so beautiful! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you!

I live in CA where fire danger is a yearly concern. So scary! I hope the rains come for you all soon!

For the sake of the great people and amazing beauty of CO, I pray for the rains to come!!

bug50 - I am so sad for your sister's friend, and the hundreds of families who lost their homes and businesses!

This morning they say that over 300 homes have been lost.

Good news, though, is that the Waldo canyon fire didn't grow much yesterday. Great hopes that they will be able to increase containment today.

Other good news, the fire near Boulder is 30% contained, and the High Park fire, near Ft. Collins will hopefully be fully contained by the weekend.

Your prayers are working - we very much appreciate them!

I am not a doctor, just a patient striving for recovery and hoping to offer support to others, too! Many blessings to you!

Any information offered is just sharing my experience and friendly advice, NOT a prescription. You should use your own judgment and discretion when making health care decisions.

I'm an Advocate

Well...We now have one in Debeque...which is on the other side of the Grand Mesa...IF this fire jumps the highway...it will race of and over the Mesa...and would head straight in our direction...so we are HOPING this does not happen...

The Grand Mesa surrounds us on 3 sides...so it could be horrible...however one side we wouldn't have to worry because it is just adobes...no plant life well very little...not enough to spread fire...

But the other two sides...losts of trees...

Going to be getting our 5th wheel camper ready...Just in case we have to evacuate...

We have a great bunch of volunteer fire fighters here...the last fire that was around here only burned 60 acres...they don't mess around...they dig in and fight hard...

But hopefully it won't come to this...SO much to loose...my god so much to loose...

So sorry for your predicament. {{{hugs}}} Wish I could give you some advice or a helping hand or something. I guess all I can do is wish for favorable winds and rain. Lots of rain.
I am not in the medical field and anything I say is simply my opinion and should not replace the advice of your doctor.

Cmany-

I am hoping to hear some good news today that the fire is not by you. I will PM you today, been very busy with the sewage problem outside of the house. They started it this weekend after having to pay $10,800 dollars to have this done, makes me sick.

My sister told me that lives in CO that the fires are getting better so that was good news...so sad.

I hope you are safe.

Many hugs my dear friend

Julie
