My son just went for the first iv infusion of meyers cocktail followed by some glutathione. 5 minutes after the Glutathione he said

"boy that Glutathione is great stuff"

Guess what? His pain is a 0 right now. He hasn't felt this good in so so long.

Muscle and joint pain gone and head is clear. Immediate relief. Wow.

THAT was a short lived reprieve. 12 hours later and he's back to can't get out of bed! WTF!?

I had a normal 15 yo boy for an evening. It was fabulous. What a roller-coaster.

Just tell him and yourself for that matter...that you got to see that HE is still in there...and if he sticks with treatment...he can get better...it just takes time...

I am going for a Meyer's this week and have asked the ND to add Glutathione....

he said he gives it as a push after the IV.

Results to follow

I'm getting this done this week. LLMD said to get it 2 days prior to my trip to Florida, said it will last me a week.

Can anyone else chime in with their experiences?

Thanks,

xoRB

I get it often. I'm able to go running afterwards most times. The rest of the week I am unable to do anything physically active.

Mine lasts 24-36 hours. Sometimes I don't get a very good result but usually I feel great and almost normal for about a day.

While I'm getting the IV push I get some head pressure and you may also taste a B12 type of taste in your mouth. I also get dizzy but when that clears, it takes away my normal dizziness (that I have all the time).

I don't realize how much "brain frog" I have until after a glutathione IV. My head feels so clear. It's amazing. I don't remember a time when I have felt like that.

I also see improvement in my hand/leg numbness and twitching. Sometimes that lasts about 2-3 days before it returns.

hiker3, my plane leaves Saturday afternoon. Shouldn't I do this Friday afternoon instead of Thursday? I just want to be good to go for the airplane and dinner Sat. night.

Yeah, the thing that bothers me about the IV drips is that people often talk about how great they feel for a day or two but it seems that's about it for most people. I'd love to have that boost for 24-48 hours, but if that's all benefits it provides then I'm not sure it's worth the investment.

If money was no object, then it wouldn't matter as I could go and get the shots as often as I wanted them. But considering that I can't afford to have two or more IV drips a week that's not really an option.

Has anyone got lasting effects from these IV's long term?

Gary
