Lola- There could be a number of reasons why your CD57 is going down. The 1st. thing that comes to mind is, since you just started treating your infections, you might be bringing a lot of bacteria out of cyst form & your body is responding to it. The other thing that came to mind was, you might have HHV-6 & treating the bacterial infections has brought the virus to a head. (HHV-6 is know to cause a below 60 CD57) Have you been test &/or treating any viral infections? I would at least get tested to rule that possibility out. Maybe some other's on here can think of something else. Those were just the 2 things that came to me 1st. Best wishes!!!
