I know this may sound crazy, but my herxes seem to cycle with the full moon... Last night I could hardly move at all - the joint pain in shoulders, elbows, knees was a solid 9-10 and I literally could not walk or move on my own from all the pain - OUCH!!!! Gave in a took my heavy-duty pain meds...which helped take the edge off enough to get some sleep... Another painful day today - just typing this is insanely painful... Anyone else cycling with the full moon? (I'm beginning to feel like a werewolf!!  ) HUGS to all, JJ - "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
