Charcoal NEEDS to be taken by itself...2 hours before/after anything else...It will take the good with the bad... I used to take it with my trouble foods...and I had no trouble...but then I started having nutritional issues...and it was because of taking the charcoal WITH everything... SO keep it separate... if you have heavy metals, you need to do chelation therapy. either iv chelation or oral (edta, dmsa), etc. thankfully, heavy metals is the ONE thing that is normal and my test came back normal. |

Oooooooo needles blehhh. I had my metals test done a while back and it came back within range. I think mercury was slightly high but all was good. Regardless, heard many good things about Chelation. It is quite expensive though. Will have to give Schizandra/vit c/charcoal a try before spending all that moola. This is another option I can keep in my books. Igenex IgM result Positive

Tootsieroll, i took chorella before too, and my brain fog went away as soon as I stopped. I think if you do not use a proper binder such as DMS or DMSA then it will make things worse. its in the book by Bryan Rosyner When Antibiotics Fail...Rife Machines. So STOP the chorella and do the other detox methods such as coffee enema, and epsom salt bath, dandelion, milk thistle and peroxide(helped me) and see what happens. August 2011-Ab:1.86(meaning?) Bands 41, 66 igg
September 2011-Treated:Cefuroxime -3 weeks 500mg
November 2011-Ab: 2.19 Bands 41, igm (symptoms return)
December 2011- AB:1.99 Bands23, 58 igg.
and 23, 41-igm
January 2012-treated doxycycline 100mg 3 weeks.(symp return) |

For brain fog, muscle and joint pain: IV Glutathione. They are a miracle for my son. The only thing that works significantly. But body brushing followed by a shower helps a little if he does it every day. I am not in the medical field and anything I say is simply my opinion and should not replace the advice of your doctor. |
