Iam suffring from hi colostral & hi triglycoxide please advice me what should i take care in my daily life

my colostral is = 265 mg

my triglycoxcide = 422 mg

Hi, Khan189. Do you suffer from Lyme Disease?

Your cholesterol is not very high, although it is above normal. Your triglycerides are pretty high, though.

The first thing to do is avoid animal fat, and exercise.

How are your other blood tests? How old are you?
