Exercise Intolerance

mem4974

Is this a symptom that others struggle with? I usually get extremely dizzy after even a couple minutes of light exercise on the treadmill or bike. Considering that I'm in my mid 20's, I find this rather alarming.

I've noticed in literature that exercise intolerance is often noted with Babesia, but have others experienced this with Lyme or some of the other co-infections?

~~~Hello renguin,
~~~Aerobic excercise not good for Lyme Complex, non-aerobic/muscle toning better.

uhm, I don't know how you can even have the energy to get on a treadmill or bike! I try to do light weight exercises and am worn out just from that.

I understand what you both are saying. I've stopped all cardio, I just couldn't do it anymore. I was just curious because the dizzyness when exercising has been one of my most consistent symptoms, it was there at the very start of this illness and I experienced it recently when trying to hike up some stairs.
