Hello all,

Recently I have been having a weird symptom, just wondering if anyone else has ever felt this

My hands feel swollen, but they don't look swollen. It hurts to make a fist because it feels like my fingers are so swollen. It's in both hands, but worse in the left

The only other time I felt like this is when I did a super rough work out, and apparently it was related to electrolytes? But I haven't done many work outs lately.

I have felt that way occasionally. Sometimes it's my hands, sometimes my feet.

I just try to drink more water to help flush out whatever is making them feel that way. And yes, I would feel that after a workout!

I wonder if it has anything to do with toxins flushing out of fat cells. It very well could...

But I'm not sure. I would say upping your water intake could be helpful. (Depending on how much you are drinking currenty... ??)

Was diagnosed with Autonomic Disorder, POTS, Interstitial Cystitis, and Fibromyalgia. True story is I have late stage Lyme which has caused these things. Just began the fight in October 2011 (have been full-blown Lyme since Sept. 5, 2010), and WILL be victorious! Positive bands: IgG 41 and 60; IgM 23 and 41. CDC positive!

Not a doctor, not anyone of any legal standing... just someone on the search.

I feel that at least every other day in my hands and feet as well.

Isn't it a neurological thing?

It seems to be common with the beginnings of peripheral nerve damage as a result of long term infection.

I could be misinformed as well. After all, we're not the doctors! (sigh)

But yes, when in doubt, more fluids!

dmagario, You make a good point. Could very well be neurological things. I have loads of neuro symptoms. So that could be something. Smile Thanks for the thought!!!
