Lyme Disease Support Group

However my current test results is showing up as negative after treatment with Doxycycline 3 weeks.

Now, I am having difficulty proving to everyone(primary physician, family, friends) that I STILL have lyme.

I understand that when I finally see my LLMD he will base diagnosis off of my symptoms and treat me, but

I still want solid proof, on paper I guess that I have lyme.

~So any ideas as to what could make my next test results actually show that I have lyme?

~ I know that it sounds like a crazy question, and that i should just be grateful that i have found a LLMD, and

will soon be getting treated, but this is really making it hard for others to support me,

when they arent even sure of what I have.

I'm so sorry, because those gd tests are so miserably inaccurate they should be illegal.

One of my local lyme friends completed a month of IV antibiotics and then did SpiroStat testing and it came back negative . Her symptoms are worse since her original positive Western Blot.

With all the research we've been doing, she knows those bugs are just dug in and cloaked. She is choosing an LLMD and making an appointment asap.
