Lyme Disease Support Group

Hello. I just got my lyme results back from Igenex which showed negative for lyme - only one band but showed positive for positive exposure to lyme. What in the world does this mean? My LLMD said if the neuro meds don't help in the next month that he would be willing to try me on iv antibiotics. I'm so confused as to what all of this means. Any help? I've now had a constant headache for 7 months that has destroyed my life. Thank you.

You did show positive for a band? Do you know which band?

No, but I can find out. I go back in a couple weeks and this time will get a copy.

I only tested positive for band 23 but also exposure to Rocky Mountain quite a while ago. I am being treated with multiple abx and anti fungals and I absolutely have Lyme. I even had the circular rash and center crop back up on my backside. Never been bitten there to my knowledge.
