That's it? Shoot if y'all can tolerate that hat's off to you. Really. I have looked at those as well and i think they do have some you can lay in like a little enclosure as well? The bio mat does the'sweat' detox too, and personally I think it's up to the individual's makeup as to what temp you will sweat at... I love it. I recently did find out that my LLMD (conventional medicine) has a sauna like the one you posted as well and I have given him the 'low down' on how the mat is sauna 'equal'.. So that is a good idea and more economical, for me (lazy with kids, can't be enclosed haha) even the mini mat I would have probably purchased over the 'trap' but I think they are ALL GREAT and under recognized for their fabulous benefits. Maybe you or steelers can let us know how long or the time required to sit in it? I know it's not mandatory but just wondered what the guidelines were for that. Thanks for sharing.

Rjp.. i am glad your happy with your FIR device. All FIR units are not the same.. when an electrical current is passed though different materials it emits different frequencies amethyst mats emit a totally different frequency than other FIR devices Smile just for your info.If that unit reduces pain thats awesome Smile

the saunas are excellent sources of detoxing but maker sure you drink plenty of water with trace minerals in it to put back in your body once you have sweated them out.

A good far-infrared sauna rules!! I've been using them for 7 years. I love them so much that when my girlfriend and I opened our wellness center, we wanted them available for people here and dove headlong into researching and finding the best brand we could. There are many very crappy, poorly made units out there. We found a brand we love and sell them, shipping them all over the country.

Since I got nailed hard with chronic Lyme this past spring, my LLD has me using it everyday. I had been using it 3-5 times/week and she said it was part of how I kept it (the Lyme) at bay for so long.

Anyway, if anyone has any questions related to FIR saunas, I would be happy to assist in any way I might. We are in a hotbed of Lyme activity here in Southeastern Minnesota and have a LLD here in our city! I can't believe how many people around here are sick with it. Everyone of them that has used FIR has benefited.

Joy and health to each of you,

Garret

Hi Garret!

I appreciated your info about the infrared saunas and I was hoping you could provide me with more. I also have lyme disease (for 2 yrs now). I am slowly improving but I want to do all I can to get and feel all the way better. I am looking into purchasing a sauna and wanted to know what brand you recommend. I only need a one, maybe 2 person sauna. Again, you did say it greatly helps your lyme disease, correct? How long do you keep your sessions? I am in Bflo, NY, so that may play a role in where I can get a sauna. Thanks for your help. I look forward to hearing from you...

Hi Bflogal!

I will PM to you later today about the sauna rooms after I wrap up shipping one to Maryland this afternoon...

But yes, FIR has helped immensely with the treatment!

I sauna everyday usually from 35-40 minutes.

Very important to have a sauna that is not creating more troubles for us in terms of outgassing, wrong IR wavelength and on and on... studied it for months before choosing the company we work with...

I'll PM after I ship this one out!

Be well everyone!!!
