Hi folks,

Saw my LLMD on thurs. Good news, looks like I kicked bartonella, XMRV and a retrovirus. YAY! (was on Cumanda for bart and engystol and viragraphis for viruses)

Bad news, Babesia is kicking me. Quina & Noni added to protocol of mepron, artemisin, azithromycin, cefdinir, samento.

Also added supplement called Renton & Rainforest Blend for additional kidney detox. This is in addition to apo-hepat for liver detox.

Herxing in a big way though, with palpitations, insomnia, burning hands & feet, extreme fatigue (want to sleep but can't) & physical exhaustion, plus chest pain, air hunger, brain fog, etc.

Hard to type with the burning hands, but here is where I want to be.

We will get through this, together. I know we will.

And I'm really leaning toward going back to school when I am well and getting certified to be a P.A. so I can help other with Lyme. That would be so cool!

Hugs to everyone. Love you all.

I am not a doctor, just a patient striving for recovery and hoping to offer support to others, too! Many blessings to you!

Hi irenwill-

I'm glad to hear you've eliminated the others..Babs was my toughest one to get rid of..so I'm feeling it for you.

You will accomplish anything you put your mind and heart into, so I look forward to reading of you helping lyme patients in the future..and getting rid of the Babs..

Please try and relax and get through these herxes, the palpatations and chest pain can be unsettling..just know they are only for now and focus on what gives you joy and whatever soothes you. You know how to do it!Kissing

You're in my thoughts and prayers that this passes for you quickly and with ease..

peace love and light-kim

All of my advice comes from research and personal experience. I strongly suggest that you each check with your doctor for approval before changing or adding anything to your treatment.

Peace . . . starts within each one of us. When we have inner peace, we can be at peace with those around us. When our community is in a state of peace, it can share that peace with neighboring communities, and so on. When we feel love and kindness towards others, it not only makes others feel loved and cared for, but it helps us also to develop inner happiness and peace. And there are ways in which we can consciously work to develop feelings of love and kindness. For some of us, the most effective way to do so is through religious practice. For others it may be non-religious practices. What is important is that we each make a sincere effort to take our responsibility for each other and for the natural environment we live in seriously.

Wow! you did get though some stuff! Good for you! Sorry this Babs is the pits'......

we read each others issues...and just wish we could understand how one of us...does well with one thing....

and then there's this other thing that is just so stubborn!Devil

huh....or uffda as Betty says...If ya gonna give us a break...why not do it on all the issues we have?

sorry found myself ventin' a bit for ya...point in all...I want to see you kick this Babs in the azz......

So I can laugh in this diesease(s) face..and you can go back to some normalacy

go get'em!

WLk=Cool

Anything I post or respond to comes from a Lyme and Bart victim himself. I am NOT a doctor. I do my own research for ME...I may share my findings and will post them. They are for general talk and vent...If a group leader feels the info is worth saving somewhere, they are more than welcome to do with it as they like. Wlk=)

Thanks Kim -- my LLMD says he has some patients where babs is the hardest. Makes me wonder what strain we have and where we got it.

Only thing I can think of: I read that cows can be a vector for babs, and I lived in the country for 9 years on lots next to neighbors (2 different places) who had cows. Possible.

Wlthlne, you always make me chuckle! Thanks for the virtual vent and your fighting spirit. And of course, the smile!

My kinesiologist says the same thing..

I'm sure where mine came from, I know my Mom has it too from her symptoms over the years..I'm her carbon copy..

Where was your mom's family from? I think that might be key..in my opinion anyway ..

My mom's family was from Ireland and straight from England..but everyone came here to Maine, which is a high risk for Babs..

It's a mystery, but someday we'll figure it all out.Wink

Just concentrate on rest and getting well dear one..we all love you.

peace love and light-kim
