Hi stormytonya --

I am not familiar with that procedure, but this will at least bump the topic to the top of the list Smile

Hopefully someone will be on shortly who can help you out.

I am not a doctor, just a patient striving for recovery and hoping to offer support to others, too! Many blessings to you!

hi tonya,

i do have an ONGOING VIDEO LYME COLLECTION; you can find it by going to the INDEX FOR MEDICINE/TREATMENTS,

then topics are by A-Z; so videos are at the end of the 1st long, long post of links.

please add it there and spell out what CCSVI stands for and add it's 10 min. in length.

it was good! i hadn't heard of this before!

thanks for sharing tonya;

i'm going to combine this post with your other post about cssvi.

My friend had it done and her cognitive abilities have increased greatly!!! She had it done in Atlanta at some clinic. From my little understanding you have do undergo a test prior to see how narrow or much blockage is in the veins. Then from there they determine if you need the operation. I'll try and find out more. I know this was initially done for MS patients.
