MDJunction to me

"MDJunction to me is somewhere i feel safe i feel i can be myself and not be judged. I love the fact that i get to see that im not alone in what i am going through and i also get the chance to help others on their journey through guidance and communication.
I would truly be lost without MDJunction... to me its my savior, my personal place to go where i don’t feel so alone anymore in the world.

suggestion: I would probably try placing above mixture in a dropper

bottle.

And when I felt like it.

Put a couple of drops into something like a salad or a drink.

This way you will not be overwelmed trying to get it down this tonic

recipe.

maybe in some water mite be good too.

You would be surprise what hubby slips in the smoothie in the mornings. (I saw him slipping in some grapefruit pectin powder in

our smoothies). (I never thought he was that sneaky).

I sneak stuff in his hot teas haha).
