That's what my EM rash looked like on my hand, when I was rebitten. It took a months to go away. Maybe your body is just having a hard time dealing with the Lyme invasion. Also, if you've been rebitten by mosquitos or other insects (whether they carry Lyme or not) it can retrigger your EM rash.
