What to do for elevated liver enzymes?

Hi All,

My doc just called a few minutes ago and told me that my ALT is 79 which is super high. It supposed to be under 40. What can I take for liver

support? some of the supplements that she suggested are too much... so any suggestions to get my numbers down? Thanks

Hi beenie-

I'm sorry that this has become an issue for you..it is fixable..

Here are a couple of links, give me a minute for the second one..I use dandelion and artichoke as my liver cleansers, but everyone is different.

My liver enzymes got very high too because of the massive doses of abx im taking. Im taking tox ease

I hope my labs will be lower next month.

I detox with milk thistle, and take anywhere from 1-4 days off abx.

This is per my LLMD when ever lab work comes back elevated.

You know, it's weird, I could never take milk thistle..I tried a few times and it made my organs hurt even more.

I was weird with some supplements that most can take and need..can't do Magnesium or B vitamins either..
