Heading to the tub for a detox bath, but could really, really used some tips.

What do you all use to soothe the itch when you get rashes?

I have red pin dots all over my body now, itching like crazy. Benadryl and my detox formulas don't seem to help.

Aloe soothes temporarily, then the itch keeps on rolling.

Suggestions? Will check back when I get out of the tub!

Coconut oil - hmmm, there's a thought! Thanks Smile

I'm chugging water with lemon, chlorella, and probiotics. Oh, and propolis. Hoping some of this will help!

I use cumin in the tub. Works every time for me. I might smell like a taco/burrito but at least I'm not itching!!! LOL

RASH ITCHES TIP -- use CORN STARCH or “rubbing alcohol“ on it especially the corners good. Hubby suggested; worked great for me; rash cleared up in 2 days vs. weeks/month. Many use in bath water!

Cool, two new tips to try. Thanks Raven and Betty!

The detox bath helped some, I think the chlorella pulled some toxins out too. Also, cmany pointed me to a site that suggested using vick's vaporub. I tried that on a few small spots and it did help!
