MDJunction to me

Macv"For me, MDjunction has been a place where I can share my experiences
living with the very rare bone disease called Ollier's ( Enchondromatosis ) with the parents of children recently diagnosed. I can help them not to run
into the pitfalls my parents did when I was young, give them a bit of a view
from their child's perspective and simply be there to offer support and
hope to people who are scared and just had their lives upended. I also belong to a chronic pain group and it's been a Godsend to be able to actually
talk with others who understand what I'm dealing with. Besides them helping me through my tough times, I can be there to help them as well. Here too, I can use my years of experience to help others avoid pitfalls and it makes me feel good, gives my life more purpose. MDjunction brings people
together when their suffering, at their darkest and feeling alone in this world and allows some light to be brought back into their lives. HOPE, that's what
MDjunction means to me!

HeyEveryone.

I was looking into organic coffee enemas for liver detox. It does not intimidate me at all. I just wanted to know if anyone had experience with them. Did they help at all?Is there any caution?

My dr was on board so thought i would look into it.

I am also having moments where i feel like I am going crazy accompanied with depressionSad I know this is the toxin. Does anyone else have symptoms like this and is there anything that helps. I tried pinella but does not really help.

I take large amount of vitamin c which seems to help for a short period of time, but now i learned that vitamin c does not cross the blood brain barrier.

My dr has also recommended them. I haven't tried it yet. he swears they will help w pain.

The "going crazy accompanied with depression" is so me. I finally broke down and went on a very low dose of an antidepressant. I fought it for awhile but it made a huge difference. I will have to come off at some point and will pay the price then, but for now it's worth it.

Let me know if you try one. I'm interested to see how it works.

Hi transformed-

Gary, GWB, is the expert here on the coffee enema protocol.

If he doesn't see this post to respond, you can try pming him or doing a search under the same topic and type his name in, along with lyme board.

He's very knowledgable about this and can help you tremendously.

All of my advice comes from research and personal experience. I strongly suggest that you each check with your doctor for approval before changing or adding anything to your treatment.

Peace . . . starts within each one of us. When we have inner peace, we can be at peace with those around us. When our community is in a state of peace, it can share that peace with neighboring communities, and so on. When we feel love and kindness towards others, it not only makes others feel loved and cared for, but it helps us also to develop inner happiness and peace. And there are ways in which we can consciously work to develop feelings of love and kindness. For some of us, the most effective way to do so is through religious practice. For others it may be non-religious practices. What is important is that we each make a sincere effort to take our responsibility for each other and for the natural environment we live in seriously.

Yes, coffee enemas have help me a lot. In fact, I just finished boiling some water to make some fresh organic coffee. It's not complicated at all and the benefits are numerous.

Here's some links and information that you might find helpful.

Enema Bucket Kit http://www.sawilsons.com/enemaequip.htm

Coffee enema Instructions: http://www.clearwayhealth.com/coffee-enemas-detox.html

More Instructions: http://coffee-enemas.blogspot.com/

If you have a bowel movement you don't need to do the first cleansing enema that they talk about. If you haven't had a BM then it's best to do the cleansing enema first to remove what's in the colon so it will allow the coffee enema to be more effective.

We use the plastic bucket you see at the link I provided you with (we both have our own). This is easy to use and easy to clean, plus you can actually see when the coffee is all in unlike the bag where you can't see anything.

The enema bag is probably something you have at home, if not, you can purchase them at Walgreens or CVS. Don't purchase the one's from Walmart as they have a potent rubber smell that doesn't go away. That gets into the colon and it's not good. That's why we like the bucket with the clear tube, but the bag is fine as long as you cleanse it real good and use hydrogen peroxide to make sure it's mold free.

Use olive oil or coconut oil, or any oil really, for the tip before inserting it. If you have hemorrhoids coconut oil applied to the area will actually help to heal and shrink them. Always use organic extra virgin coconut oil.

I use four cups of coffee as most instructions suggest and have no discomfort with it at all. My wife does three cups as that's all she feels comfortable with. She's a small woman and can't retain more than 3 cups. Do as much as you are comfortable with but no more than what is recommended which is normally four cups maximum. You might want to experiment with 3 cups then if you feel comfortable next time go to four cups if you want. Or, if you're not intimidated, as you said, go for the full four cups to start with, as long as you're not feeling any discomfort. The water needs to be luke warm, if it's too cold you'll cramp up, and of course, if it's too hot you'll burn your intestines.

If you need or want more instructions or information you can get a lot of information by simply googling "coffee enema instructions" or "coffee enema benefits".

You'll notice that there a special coffee that SA Wilson makes for enema purposes only. I purchased that and did not find it to be any more effective than using organic coffee. It's supposed to be more effective than regular coffee but for me I didn't find it to be any more effective that organic. Get medium roast, not dark (shiny) roast. I buy mine in the health food store already ground up and keep in in the fridge. Organic coffee is a must, otherwise you're going to be introducing pesticides (toxins) into your liver and gallbladder and that's the last thing you want to do is put more toxins in your body.

The first time seems awkward and maybe you'll be a bit nervous about it--I was. But after you do it once or twice and start noticing the benefits of it, you'll actually look forward to doing it. Some suggest no more than three times a week or less, others say you can do it once a day for a month then taper off to once or twice a week. All kinds of different opinions on that. Dr. Gerson invented the coffee enema, so you can read what he says as he's the expert in it. I do one twice to three times a week.

Hope this covers everything. Oh, one more thing. I boil my coffee in a steel pan then when it cools down I strain it in a gold mesh coffee strainer I bought which was only 4-5 dollars I think. Best to use that and not paper as some of the fiber from the paper could get into the coffee and that's not good. Boil the coffee in a glass or steel pan, but not aluminum as it will leech into the coffee. Don't want that in your body.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. Curezone.com has a lot of information on this too, plus there are many different types of enemas that you can do. I'm only doing coffee and cleansing enemas and that's probably as far as I'll go. But if you're curious you can read about other type of enemas and the benefits they offer.

Hope you have a good experience like my wife and I have from the coffee enemas.

Gary

Thank you so much everyone for responding.

Gary and extra thank you for such a thorough explanation. I am so grateful to you. I bought the plastic enema bags from amazon. I hope those are ok? I am pretty sure they are reusable if they are cleaned well.

I will try it and see what happens. Right now any kind of relief with detox will be so helpful. The depression from all this is unbearable.

When you get the crazies, and you know your personality isn't that type, it's probably bartonella co-infection. THis happened to me and 2 months of levoquin took care of it, THANK GODDESS!!
