You could also take some essential oils if you know how to use them. You massage the area where your gland is swollen and see if that helps. If you don't have experience with these oils then use coconut oil. It's a great oil to use for this, or just about anything.

reasons being, I have not had it in a long time, I started my own detox protocol yesterday with drinking tons of lemons in water and epsom salt baths and so far I feel it and this is probably whats going on in that regard

man...did not know lemons were that powerful for cleansing

will try the gaia stuff
