I've been at these herbs since July now and have been reading that they should be rotated in order for the lyme to avoid resistance.

Up till now I've been using them together as Doctor instructed.

I see that some of you here are doing Samento for a week, then take a break and continue with Banderol.

Is this just to be on the safe side, or should I just continue to use

together as I have been?

Also, I find that they're quite strong together and I've been in a constant state of herx the entire time.

Very few good days. At times I'll actually skip a day to let my body

catch up in detoxing.

There are so many ways to take these two herbs so it gets confusing.

Should I just experiment on my own and see what happens?

I was told to take them together, and to rotate them with Cumanda(sp).

I was told to rotate them every 3 months.

ok, then we're pretty much on the same track. Together is what I was instructed to do

as well.

I'm probably in need of adding more to my protocol cause I don't really feel like I'm

making too much progress on these alone.

I feel I need more towards the co infections themselves. These are more broadspectrum

but I don't know how much they're doing to the bartonella, and I'm not really improving

after two months. Time to add something else perhaps.

Yes I was up to the 15 drops 2x a day very quickly w/o any reaction.

I was wondering about Spiro or abart?

I take abx, so this was just supposed to be a boost for me.

I started samento w/ banderol about two weeks ago, haven't felt any herx reactions though. I'm also on a-bart, which is very potent and i've been increasing slowly

On Doxy, and am thinking about trying several herbs, two of them happen to be samento and banderol, but I really did think you were suppose to rotate them. I'm on teasel now. I'm also going to get grapeseed extract and some tumeric....
