Treatment Background:

I started taking 500mg of ceftin twice a day for about 8 months. I then switched to 1000mg twice a day for 4 months.

I then got been put on 500mg biaxin twice a day and twice a day plaquenil(anti malaria), cant remember how much plaquenil.

After being put on the biaxin I experienced a major panic attack. My entire back went numb and I could not tell if it was touching the back of my chair or not, I would lean forward and backward it could not tell. I then passed out 3 times in a row. I was taken to the hospital and declared healthy.

This scared the hell out of me and I immediately went off of biaxin and the plaquenil and switched back to the ceftin for another 4 months and my LLMD and I decided that I was healed. For the next 6 months I had terrible anxiety from this episode. I could not drink coffee or smoke marijuana anymore as it would trigger panic attacks. The anxiety from this episode has just recently subsided, I can again drink coffee, but smoking marijuana is no longer relaxing.

Current:

Recently I have become a bit depressed. I enjoy pc gaming immensely and I don't find the same joy in it that I used to.

My wife and I recently purchased a home and I received a promotion at work. There is not reason for me to be unhappy with my life, but at times I do feel unhappy.

Yesterday while unpacking I had a since of dread and started worrying about death and other things. I almost feel like I could be relapsing. Any advice/comments are greatly appreciated.

I also have had groin pain for the past 2 months. No amount of rest or physical therapy(massage and gentle manipulation) seems to be making it get better. I have also been having rib pain for no good reason.

Thanks,

Kevin
