MDJunction to me

Dit"I've been a grateful member here for over 4 yrs this place has changed my life of course for the better, coming to the groups has enabled me to no longer feel so alone. As a group leader for the Bipolar Support group I can relate to others and am expressing my experience strength and hope and this is very rewarding, I've also made many supportive friends here whom I talk to some daily. I used to have a lot of 'lows' since becoming member here at MdJunction I no longer have these lows." (Dit)

Heart Disease and Strokes are the leading Killer of Americans

Vitamin D could have a major impact on reducing Heart disease and strokes

Dr Mercola is a advocate for RDA Levels of Vitamin D being changed to optain the therapeutic levels needed to bring health and reduce these risk factors

My D levels last year were 22. Last month after taking D3 for one year it's up to 58. It's in normal range but with chronic disease 75-80 is optimal. Make sure you take D3, not D, not D2. http://www.vitacost.com/Carlson-D-Drops-Liquid-Vitamin-D3- 1000-IU-10-mL

This has 13 five star user reviews on this one. Good brand but I'm sure there are other equally good brands. I'm very pleased with this.

John:

Great point...I have very low levels due to cancer. I take Vit D2 50,000 units once per week plus extra during the week.

SUN also helps, if we ever see the sun
