Hey Neska-

Try eating a lot of avacados, hummus, and chicken..

If you have low cholesterol and like the taste, try lamb..I eat tons of it..

I made a beef stew yesterday that had carrots, celery, onion, butternut squash, and a rutabaga!!

That rutabaga gave it some kick, I've never had one before and they are a lot like turnips..

I eat a lot of plain, whole-fat organic yogurt with my homemade granols on top with blueberries.

But to gain some, go for the avacados!

peace

Hey Kim,

That stew sounds good!

I remember my chiropractor saying in the summer- that avocados are the #1 anti-inflammatory food...I should eat more of these...

Hugs,

JackieSmile

Hi Jackie!Smile

I just ate another bowl of it and I can barely move!Grin

I use tapioca flour to brown the meat and thicken the stock and just add water.

I love avacados, they are so nutty tasting to me..

People with high cholesterol should be careful with these as well, but they are so good for you in so many ways.

I always remember they're good for weight gain because of years ago when Janet Jackson complaained of gaining weight on her diet of these.Tongue

I weighed a whopping 96 lbs this morning, so I don't let it scare me.. I just eat!

peace

What diet are you trying to follow? I know there are several Lyme diets so I was just curious.

If you haven't found a stevia you like try NuStevia from NuNaturals. So far its the only one that isn't too bitter for me.

I discovered that the Sobe's with zero calories are made with Stevia. Helps with sweet tooth.

Yesterday I made some bad diet choices. Today not perfect. Strayed a bit and had some cereal, but I stayed on track for the rest of the day. Neska starbucks. Starbucks make me fat. LOL.

Good idea, avacodos. They taste really good with sea salt on them. My doctor told me that Almonds have a high fat content.

eggs with sausage or bacon if I have the time. If I don't have the time I eat a cold hot dog. No bun. No Ketchup.
