Ther had/has been an ongoing blog of people writing toOprah for years- it has over 6000 very angry people, so it is not like she has not een aware, it was that she didn't have a starting point of informaton and facts- there no more of that with the with Under our skin and Cure unknown. Her hands were tied- Now we have a lot to talk about. This wil be more than a show- and the fact the she admires Pres Elect Barack Obamab we have the info out that we need to get help- they just need to hurry- traveling miles to 1 of a few very literate doc's needs to change fast. Not to mention how much this disease has financially burdened all of us- I'm financing my treatment for 5 years- after the st 2 coukd not helpp me I had to make a big decision and say, give up, or Go directly to the best- I chose the 2nd. and pray too much permanent damage has not been done being as invisible as this disease is, it wreaks havok on our internal organs. I had no idea my heart was in big jeopardy, but I could feel I was dying - I still feel like that but I just began IV after a year of failed orals and worsening of neuro symptoms. I have often said by the time I get better there will b a braod spectrum abx and good accurate tests, and in a couple of years that may be just the case, until the next super bug emerges. |
