I know it can be hard to find something to be thankful for when you're in situations like we all are.

Sometimes if I'm really down, I will try to think of 3 things I'm thankful for, no matter how small or silly they may seem, to the major things. Can be anything from catching a glimpse at a beautiful sunset, or actually taking the time to hear the birdss chirp, to the coy smile on one of my kids faces.

Everyone enjoy today as best as you can. And be safe

Happy Thanksgiving! I'm thankful that I'm alive and able to spend thanksgiving with family. I'm going to try and make it a good day for everyone and not focus on being sick.

Hope everyone have a great day and enjoy the goodies that come with this day. Stick to the diet or not? Enjoy!

Pam

AND

There's something to be thankful for. The choice of stuffing our faces or sticking to the old diet. Personally, I choose stuff the face!

I agree with Jaime. There's lots to be thankful for. You just have to pay attention! Every moment no matter how terrible has at least one good thing.

Anyway, enough preaching to the choir. Have a great holiday you guys!

Happy Turkey Day to everyone! I'm thankful I'm alive and able to celebrate with my family! Hoo-wah! Hope you all have a great day today and can celebrate with your own family. *hugs*
Just because it's impossible doesn't mean it can't happen.

I'm not a doc, so anything I say is my opinion only. Nothing I say is meant as offense, I offer what I can as help.

I believe in educating myself on all my medical issues and being my own advocate, for no one else with do that on my behalf. I recommend we all do the same!

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Perhaps I truly am insane for expecting these docs to listen to me when I say the same things repeatedly to no avail? LOL. I am tired of seeking out new docs and getting the same result time and again...Forgive me if I seem bitter some days.
