I know it can be hard to find something to be thankful for when you're in situations like we all are. Sometimes if I'm really down, I will try to think of 3 things I'm thankful for, no matter how small or silly they may seem, to the major things. Can be anything from catching a glimpse at a beautiful sunset, or actually taking the time to hear the birdss chirp, to the coy smile on one of my kids faces. Everyone enjoy today as best as you can.
