MDJunction to me

"MDJunction to me is a life saver... when i first was diagnosed with Scheuermann's Disease i wrote a message to a page i found on google, hoping that they could help me.... you'd never know it but that weird feeling (you know that one where it feels like someone actually cares) came over me when i opened my email next day to find that someone on the other side of the world (at the American Medical Library)had read my message while i was sleeping, and there low and behold was the address to MDJunction.... well it is everything to me, i live it breathe it and love it!!!!! I have found many people who are struggling with similar issues banding together to help each other. It is the best place in the world, and i couldn't think of another place to go to meet so many lovely people....

I have just started Samento 5 days ago. I am only taking one drop in the morning and one at night, going to increase to 2 per day tomorrow. My question is how fast do you increase your dosage. I have noticed that the fatigue has increased snce starting and I had some increase in the burning sensations I experience. Doeas anyone get burning on top of ears It drives me nuts.

My other question is how soon would I see improvements if this is going to work? I think I have read so many positive stories about Samento that I hoped I would be having periods of "normality" by now. Only joking!!!!!

But I would be interested to hear how long it took others to see improvements.

Last question, What level of garlic should I supplement with. I can't take it raw as it makes me nauseous. This dates back towhen I was pregnant and worked as a receptionist. This guy used to come in daily REEKING of garlic and I would end up vomiting...so I have an aversion to garlic and its smell now. He Ho

Thanks

Jackie

Fitjack, I replied on another post U will see it "Anyone Against Samento" I think if we try to keep Samento one 1 thread as much as possible it helps members find input a lot easier instead of searching and wandering from 1 thread to another.

For my burning (which was on my chest) I thought I was on fire for 4 months, I would apply Ice packs, heat only made it worse...And that would help for awhile...I think the burning was my worst sympthom, oh that awful buring. I feel for you I really do....

I take Fresh garlic and roast it in the oven and then eat it (but I LOVE garlic) or I spread it on bread and eat it...I don't like the pill form of garlic, rather eat fresh....I do this once a day...

That's a great idea on the garlic, Julie. I hadn't thought of that in a long time. I usually have only roasted it when I've made garlic sauce for our pizzas, etc. But, I do like to eat it that way. Now, are you just roasting the individual cloves, or did you mean you are roasting 2-3 bulbs? I'm struggling with the energy usage to roast a couple of cloves each day, LOL. Did I misundertsand that? I know they sell the already peeled, roasted cloves by the bottle, but, IMO, they aren't as good as fresh out of the oven. Mmmmm

I take two Bulbs and roast them...I put a little olive oil on them, tent them in tin foil and bake them for about 45 minutes. When done I squeeze out the "good stuff" put in a bowl and sometimes just eat that way...Or put on bread, crackers, whatever you like...Its really good...

Or I will take the "good stuff" and mix with tomatos and fresh basil and just eat...YUMMIE...Ok I'm off to make some...

I use TWO BIG BULBS...Not just the cloves...Rub them with olive oil tent them with foil and put in oven for about 45 minutes. I then when in the mood take them out, squeez out the "Garlic" mix with tomatoms and basil so very good...I sometimes put them on toasted bread...or I eat the roasted garlic alone..But I also LOVE garlic...

Jackie, I make a garlic tincture, but it still smells pretty garlicy. There is such a thing as deodorized garlic. I'm not sure if it still has antibiotic properties but it would be worth looking into. Garlic is great stuff. I'm lucky I love it any which way. I'm going to try Julie's recipe. It sounds awesome!!

It sounds like the samento is working for you already. You may want to just stay at the dose you are now.
