Yes I'm having a pity party for myself today. For some reason very depressed and upset. not like me whatsoever...

I had to stop the abx due to an allergic reaction, I've been on them for 2 months...Since being off them (last friday) my neck and knee pain is back bad.

So I decided I'm doing the Natural route no more drugs...

My Chiropractic doctor also does Natural care (he is treating a few lyme patients) at the moment and has treated 4 least year. He uses Kinesiology Bio-Feedback so I'm going for it...Plus I'm joining a health club....

I don't have the energy to sit in the allergists office finding a pill that might work or may not for me, I just can't do it anymore...

So wish me luck...OFF sugar I go the 1st of the year, ok that will be very hard for me, LOVE THE STUFF...lol

Ok, back to feeling sorry for myself...lol

Julie

l-glutamic acid powder (this is not glutamine)

Sources: (( Now foods, schiff bio-food products))

I would try to make my own diet pills. I had a bad sweet tooth.

I was reading Hulda Clark's Book "The Cure for all Cancers" and this

was what she suggested to cut sugar cravings.

And indeed it did for me.

______________________________

Stevia is so great for sweetness. I love it over anything like sugar.

And you will love sugar beet vegitables.

When this vegitable is cooked it is so satisfying.

It is great for the colon too.

Some people eat it raw in their salads.

_______________

Just put a little stevia on beet with some himalayian salt. Salt brings

out the sweetness of things.

____________

Stevia in powder form or liquid

Wisdom brand is good.

You can find free samples going to website.

guy who started company Wisdom also invented the kidney machine.

Stevia you can cook as well as put into liquids, coffee.

No after taste either.

300 times sweeter than sugar.

from brazil. in fact you can grow in backyard.

you are pretty in your picture.

oh yeah buy some alpha lapoic acid from now brands too

as soon as you eat the sugar. this is suppose to act as a free

radical and attack the sugar in your body.

lapoic acid is good for all diabetics too.

A Must!!!!!

Take it alot.

CQ 10 is a feel good supplement.

Inositol: The Choline-Biotin Partnership

is a feel good supplement aid *i n o s i t o l"

someone told me inositol was used as a filler for drugs.

who knew???

I used to smoke when I was greatly stressed in my younger days.

But one day I got fed up of spending $1.10 on ciggys.

One guy went to 7 11 one night (we had a car hitting with a girl

running into her car glass)

that big mess stopped me from going out and smoking ciggys.

I noticed that it caused me weight gain too.

One bad habit exchanged.

thats my 2 Cents worth.

I have had a lot of pain in my neck, knee, shoulder, fingers and feet. I finished my antibiotics about three weeks ago, was still in pain and started to take mobix, working on an anti inflammatory diet where I have cut back, almost limited sugar, white flour, daiy and veggies from the night shade family. I have started to excersice, swimming is great, I can move without being in too much pain in the pool. I also have taken the advantage of the sauna and a lot of hot baths sometimes with epson salt). I also started to take ginger, omega 3, vitamines, calcium, probiotics plus a supplement that is called ARTH-X PLUS, that is more directed to my arthritic like pain. When my cravings for something sweet has been bad I have allowed myself dark 70% chocolate, my midwife prescribed it for me when I was very depressed. It is really good for your endorfines. Also, do you get enough sleep, sleep is so essetial for recovery, I had to be on sleep aid for a few weeks to get back on track, I still have to do it maybe once per week. Also, daylight is so important for your endorfines, make yourself getting out in the middle of the day, I have really tried even if I was just sitting on the hamock staring out in the air. I think natural stuff is great in conjunction to modern medicine, it is something I can do by myself and can be in control of. I still have some aches and pains in mostly my feet, sometimes pretty bad but comparing to how sick I was a few months ago I am doing great and am very hopeful. I will keep you in my thoughts and I hope you feel a lot better soon.

Thank you Tina:

I have no problem sleeping, I love to sleep..lol The 1st of the year I will start the diet of no sugar, that will be hard on me, LOVE THE STUFF. The abx well I've been on it for over 2 months, I don't feel its working any longer and I started to itch and get small hives, off this one I go.

So me and my chiropractic doctor will work on all my issues. I'm going to do the Kinesiology Bio-Feedback, will let you know how it goes.

HOw long were you on meds??

Not for too long, 10 days of Doxy, 2 weeks of IV Rosephin and then a month of Doxy again. I think I am very lucky.

I have also been going to a Chiropractor but think massages works better for me. I have a good friend that is so tuned in in a very holistic way, she has done wonders for me.

Please keep me updated, I relly belive you will feel better. And again, try to cut out the night shades for a few weeks and see if that helps. I a trying (not 100% though) to stay away from potatoes, eggplants, pepper and tomatoes. The other day I had some french fries and sure enough the next day I felt a lot worse. I know we lymies should stay away from alcohole and so I did when I was on my antibiotics (plus a few weeks after) I now have started to allow myself a treat once in a while. Same thing happendthough, I had a beer (lots of sugar and yeast) and I felt worst the following day. Then I tried a glass of red wine and felt fine.

Good luck with the pools, it sounds great!
