Just wondering, as some people saw Dr. Oz on the Oprah show yessterday and he was discussing Lyme. She blew it off as not a big deal, but he seems like a good allie (sp?) Wonder about Montel, as he has MS....but maybe he doesn't. Maybe he really has lyme. I am sure there are many celebs that we could catch the attention of for help. Even news stations to run stories. We need to educate people that lyme is not a 6 weeks of antibiotics cure. I think between us and lymenet.org folks we have a large group of people who have been sick for a long time...me, 20 years! And no treatment yet, still working on that. And of course we need to make it clear to the group that fights our precious LLMD's and trys to revoke thier licences for treating us the way we need to be treated, that it takes much more than 6 weeks. I am new to this, and don't have all the info and answers, but I know of many who have already been down this road. What do you think? What should we do? what's the first step? I know if I don't get the right treatment, I will be in a wheelchair by the time I'm 35. Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.
