MDJunction to me

"When I first came to MDJ, I was in a very dark place, and feeling quite alone, I don't know how I found this site, but I have been very grateful ever since, all of you have offered insight to the illness of Bipolar and the other things going on with me, being here has allowed me to find friends, and to feel safe in discussing things that I would never have shared before.

I believe it has also offered me the chance to reach out and help others. A simple Thank you, is all that I have to offer, to this site and to the wonderful people here.

Hi Everyone:

I will be leaving tomorrow (if all goes well with my sinus infection) for KY. It will take me 8-9 hours of driving (all alone) yes I'm a chicken. But I'm also a trooper...

Jim's mom is not doing well, we are looking into nursing homes for her. Since I'm STILL NOT WORKING I thought it would be a good idea to spend time with them, plus the house needs packing 6 bedrooms full...

Wish me luck and please pray if I break down someone won't kill me, that is my worry that I break down and some idot will stop to help me and then kill me..

Have a great week, will email when I arrive tomorrow (I am taking my lab top)....

Julie

Julie....be careful....but, know that there are angels out there looking out for you......and us,too.

Wow, you are a blessing to that family.....that's a jewel in your 'crown.'

Let us know when you get there .

Oh Julie, How nice of you to drive all that way by yourself in order to help out your dear mil. You sure are a trooper! I am chicken when it comes to driving far distances by myself too, so you're not alone.

I'm sure you will be fine. Please let us know you are safe.

I'm praying for a safe trip for you and good health.

God Bless,

Hope

Jim's mom and dad are great, welcomed me into the family the moment I met them 10 years ago. Jim just can't get off work to come with me (911 has been busy since the election)...He wanted me to fly but I did that once and I hate flying just hate it...I stop at every rest stop to pee and walk around for a few minutes....Coffee will become my new best friend...

Credit card, money, snacks, coffee that is all I need... Oh and my angels and god...

Julie. Oh Juuulie. Are ya out there? I imagine you are on the road. That was good that you waited till morning to start out on your road trip. I hope you are handling this alright and not too frightenend on this journey alone. And I don't blame you a bit. I hate to fly.

Well, cc, money, snacks and coffee sound good. Please check in with us when you can so we'll know where you are and how you're doin'.

Yeah, where are you Julie? I pray that you arrived safely. I know you will let us know how you're doing as soon as you get 'hooked up.'
