I'm at my wits end with this illness and could never finish antibiotic protocol because either the picc line became infected or I became allergic to the antibiotic.

Anyone with any suggestions please inform

I have a friend who had LD for years and was treated very successfully by Dr. H. in Hyde Park. I have no idea how close that is to you. I am in WI. Dr. H has a lot of experience with Lyme and uses the IGeneX lab. That's basically all I know. It might be worth your while to call him and see what you think. You might also want to get a doctor referral from some of the online LD associations like Lyme Disease Foundation or Lyme Disease Association or ILADS.
