Hi rosebug, I would say as long as u have symptoms you still have active lyme. If you have been on abx since jan 09, I would say there is your reason for a negatve result. Remember that the Bb takes several forms. It hibernates when abx is introduced. (I hope your doing a cyst buster along with long term abx) Also remember that testing depends on antibodies produced against thhe bacteria. Our bodies don't produce that antibody when lyme is in hibernation. Thus a negative blood result Carol
