Mmmm 60 degrees sounds awfully nice right now. Knowing the weather where I live it will most likely cool off to around 70 degrees in a

day or two. It seems like my body gets mad when it is really cold or really hot...why is this? Anybody else not do well in the two extremes?

Yes there has been a lot of talk about people not feeling well in the heat...

There is one poor teen that has her family swealtering hot because she wont let them turn on the air because the cold even a little cold makes her extremely ill.

so there are two on opposite spectrum..But I know that I LIKE it cool...BUT if I get chilled it will make my body HURT...it stings me....it's really weird.

It's been way humid here and around 90 degress. It's good to sweat when you have lyme tho, so I let myself sweat to death sometimes. lol.

I think sweating is good, too. I almost always feel better after I'm able to workout.

Strangely enough - getting hot, and/or sweating while exercising indoors in a cool room does not affect me much at all. But if I go outside and break a sweat simply because of the heat, I feel awful.

Ok now after my evening dose within MINUTES my right foot cramped for no apparent reason and my middle toes curled under...It was EXCRUCIATING and took forever to get them to relax.

I've had that happen through out my life but not recently. I think that has to be tied to the samento and banderol.

Should I say congratulations?

Up to 6 drops today....Feeling pretty good. I am taking Maca too and recently started it...It's supposed to be for adrenal and hormonal support...

I might be feeling less fatigued due to the Maca but most likely the combination of it and the samento/banderol.

All I can say is YAAAY for you being less fatigued!! : )

Ok now I'm getting "cold" at a higher temp. than I was....

I had to stop using the samento and banderol for two days. The pain was just too much...Especially in my feet.

I'm back on it today at 6 drops each...3 times a day. I'll keep ya posted.

I can't believe how this stuff is effecting me. I'm herxing so hard on it...This must mean it's working well or I'm not getting rid of the toxins...

I'm drinking more water than I have in the last several years....

I keep getting this cotton mouth and dry throat after swallowing the samento and banderol...within say 20 minutes or so...

I did have cotton mouth and dry throat (syndrome is what I called it) about 15 years ago so severely that I could not swallow a lot of the time....

I'm wondering if that symptom is resurfacing as a herx too.

Weird stuff....but exciting to me.

ive been having similar problems, ive been feeling flu-ish freezing in my hands and feet when its either hot or average room temp, vertigo kinda feeling when i get up i feel like im ganna fall down and my eyesight goes blurry and kinda like im ganna black out if i try to walk around. walking across the room takes so much effort.

im so tired i feel so old i feel so brain foggy so out of it. and i think my temp may have risen a bit. i woke up a few times with a sore throat and feeling stuffy or clogged even my ears.

im doing 10 drops of semento twice a day, 25 drops of neuroantitox cns twice a day, and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of collodial silver, also two pills of zyflamend softgels, im detoxing to but omg i had to get off it a day or to cuz i was starting to dread taking it.
