I thought I would ask this question because it has been bothering me and I can't find much of relating to lyme, but only CFS.

I have red crescents in the back of my throat. I didn't notice it until my lyme doctor said this is part of lyme. He said Dr. Burrascano has it also associated it in people with lyme.

I took a flash light in front of the mirror and noticed them. I've never had them before I was sick but they are definetely there.

Does anyone else have these?

In the back of your throat, both sides are very red. From what I've read it is very common in CFS and mono. My LLMD said it also shows up in lyme.

Do you mean the tiny red spots, when you say crescents?

I have sore throat for two months.

I did not have these dots in my mouth, but in some parts of my skin.

AS m I going through CFS, too?

Does it come in package with LYME?

Deny is this a pic of the inside of your mouth? If it is, hon you have yeast infection in your mouth which means it is probably systemic.

Those symptoms can also mimic lyme.

Not the red spots but you can see in that pic that both sides of the mouth are distinctively red.

Tara, why do you say that pic shows yeast infection??

All of the white coating on the tongue and roof of mouth and around sides too. This is a classic sign of yeast.

If you are on antibiotics it kills the good bacteria too and yeast really spreads...But this could also be systemic and all throughout your body...if that's the case you need it treated before your lyme and co-infections can be treated with success.
