I just wanted to let everyone know what happened with my order through nutramedix. I ordered samento and banderol on 6/15. Their supplier is Susan and Derek Ambrosino... I never received my order, so I called them and this is what I found out. They got in touch with my post office and found out that this package was delivered on 6/19 at 10:33 a.m. Very specific info. BUT I never received this package.. So either the mail lady made a mistake OR STOLD IT lol or someone stold it out of my box. Anyway, after speaking with my post office and going round n round with no satisfaction they basically said, "if you don't have it then we don't have it. SORRY" SO I called Derek back and he is resending at no cost to me through the same mail but signature needed. I just wanted to toot their horn...Derek was so nice and so helpful. I encourage anyone to order from them. I have pasted their info. from the email I received. Even though the experience was bad because of the mail, they redeemed the whole thing for me.
