Question on Samento/Banderol doses??

I ordered 1 bottle of the liquid samento and banderol online to help aid in my antibiotic treatment.

I feel its better to use the "one-two" punch approach.

My question is, The bottle states 1 to 15 drops in 4 oz of purified water starting with 1 drop twice daily.

Should I follow that, or does anyone think I may need more than just the one drop?

Lyme Igenex Test Results:

Western Blot IgM; Positive; Bands 31 (+), 41 (+),45 (IND), 66 (+)

Western Blot IgG; Positive; Bands 31 (IND), 34 (+), 41 (++), 83 (+)

I take 60 drops of each daily. Have never herxed on it.

But they recommend starting slowly and working your way up.

I have ordered both but haven't received them yet. I had the same question. I have seen several say they never herxed but others herx on ONE DROP...so It all depends on your body.
With Him we "live" no matter the circumstances. At His feet peace of mind can be found. Peace that passes all understanding is my quest now and forever.

Yes, some people are highly sensitive to it. Follow the label directions, esp. if you're taking more than one.

If you can tolerate one drop after a couple of days, increase by a few drops and see how you do.

I did okay last year starting out with 5 drops/2x per day of the Samento and maxed out at 10 drops/2x per day. More than that pushed me to bed confinement...

I just started using Samento again. I'm now at 7 drops/2x per day and feeling it big-time.

Your mileage may vary. It seems as if the men on the boards report a higher tolerance in general? could be coincidence...

I just started samento and banderol together yesterday and started out with 5 drops of each, but I am impatient.

I had tried the samento before and got up to 30 drops and didn't herx at all.

I did that for 2 months, then started banderol and only did that for about 3 weeks and again didn't herx.

I gave up on the herbs and went to MMS, but I couldn't stomach the MMS (literally).

It gave me the worst stomach pain I had ever experienced. I tried taking a bath with MMS, but that made me feel so nauseous. I still have a lot of it and I think it works, if you can stomach it.

Today, my second day on banderol + samento, I added another 2 drops. I am up to 7 drops already and still nothing.

The thing is I don't know that I herxed on any treatment other than the MMS and flagyl.

Can you take Samento in capsules? I took Cat's Claw and Banderol about 6 months ago and I definitely think there was some sort of herxing going on! Is Cat's Claw the same as Samento?! I agree, the one two punch in certainly better than just one right...haha! Thaaaaaaanks : )

I don't know about Samento in capsules, I did the drops. I did herx with it for a while, I upped the dose slowly. Started at 2-3 drops/

3x's a day, max of 5 3 x's. If I started herxing, I backed down the dosage or stopped it for a few days.

It took a few weeks before I felt like it was doing something good.

Always think the herxes are good news/bad news because the little buggers are getting zapped.

Some people may not even herx. I think its how bad you are ill too maybe, because I've never experienced an herx yet...but I'm also not extremely ill from this yet like others are.

Yea, I'm the same way...some days I am like to myself "Yea i definitely have Lyme abd this must be a herx" and others I am not as sure. A lot of days I am out running and being energetic and

then a few days later I can barely get myself to do much at all! I don'tremember ever herxing from banderol but with the Cat's Claw I had really bad stomach pains and body aches...I kind of want to give it another try :-/
