Good question! I would like to know this as well since I have thought about trying out an infrared sauna at a spa near my house.

Mine goes to 150, but I set it at 146. I'm sure it's not really that hot, but I don't know what it gets to. I spend at least 30 minutes almost every day in there - till the sweat rolls off me.

I have someone that has been trying to get me to do this. I cannot do this on a regular basis because it is $80 per session. With all my other expenses, I can only afford to do it once a month. I don't know how beneficial that would be.

Does it really work?

How often do you have to do it?

How exactly does it work?

someone actually charges you 80 dollars to use an infared sauna, that is crazy, if you livei n south florida you can use mine for free. Some people will stop at nothing to profit off of other people in time on need. The sauna causing your body temp to rise which in turn causes you to sweat out the toxins casued by both the die off of the lyme.

You can buy a portable one off Ebay for less than $200.00. Why pay $80 a session?

Paschalltwin...is there somewhere else in your area that offers sauna sessions? I would check around because that price is ridiculous!

There is a spa near me that offers 20 minutes for just $10 in their infrared sauna. And if you buy a package of several sessions it is even cheaper.

Where I live things tend to be expensive and they aren't even charging that much here. $80 is insane! Someone is ripping people off.
