I am doing some reading on the biomat and looks like your supposed to start slowly at first because it may become uncomfortable as it heals you..I am so excited about this product i wish this day would vanish so i can get mine at the post office.I am going to dedicate a post for experiences of the biomat for others to learn.I have faith in the mat and i dont even have my hands on it yet.....Just from posts from other users.

I LOVE the BioMat! My parents bought one a few weeks ago and we are all at our ranch in New Mexico for a couple weeks. We've had several guests come out that had a hard time with the altitude and after 30 - 60 minutes, they were better.

My fiance, Doug, is on the mat as I type this. Poor guy accidentally over-did it with the Samento last night and is HERXING like a mad man. The biomat is really helping him get through it.

I'm getting my mat for Christmas. Can't wait! I'll be able to set it to infrared after the baby is born to help me drop a little weight as well.

Hey Clayton, What happened? Were you guys having a party and he accidently swallowed a whole bottle? (kidding) but how many drops caused his herx??

I have a friend with all kinds health problems, especially with sleeping. After what I read here and on the net I was really impressed so I told her about it. She's very interested.

There's a place in the city that has one you can use and charges by the half hour. She'll probably try that first since the mat is very expensive. I'm hoping she buys one, then I can go visit her and try it for free! (that's about all that fits my budget. lol)
